Website development for «Berendeevy Prudy»

Residential compound “Berendeevy Prudy” is a modern housing complex. The project is unique as it combines comfortable life in the city center with the peace of a green rural area. The main advantages are construction according to the modern technology using ceramic bricks, convenient layout, extensive infrastructure, attractive design of the buildings, independent heating, big car park. The name of the project and slogan are “Life in a New Fairy Tale!”, which is also historically defined. There is Berendeevka park near the compound, which was created with the set from the movie The Snow Maiden. The global aims requested by the client are: organizing and increasing the sales, promoting of the brand recognition, growing of clients’ loyalty. The website was created to reflect of the main advantages of the residential compound, show the pictures of cozy and comfortable life for the potential customers.


Before the website development, we had carried out some marketing research to investigate the demand on real estate, the needs and people’s preferences. We had also defined the main groups of people interested in buying realty, so the target audience of the website had been formed.

We have created 3D visualization of the exterior for the clients’ convenience. The overall view of the residential compound is presented from different angles. Due to the visualization, you can see the outlook of the compound after it is finished, look into the yard of your future home, get a bird’s eye view of the picturesque ponds.

Design of the main page is minimalistic. We used light tones, green color as a symbol of life in harmony with nature. On the main page there is a slider with the photos of the representative of the website target audience. The advantages of the residential compound are transformed into opportunities, which people get buying the apartment, and they are presented as statements.

We realized the opportunity to choose an apartment with the visual scheme. Hovering the cursor, you instantly see the number of free apartments left. The choice happens step by step, from the building, section and floor to the layout and interior.

Search according to the parameters

The website functionality also allows for search according to the basic parameters: the number of rooms, floor, view (of the pond or yard),class of the building (comfort or standard). The customer can use any option at their convenience.

We developed a mobile version for correct display of the site on phones and tablets. Page design is fully adapted, all functions of the main version are available, which includes the opportunity of search and selection according to the basic parameters.

The mobile version allows fast access the website anytime and anywhere. It provides convenience of viewing and reading the information from the screen of a mobile device.

The function of search and selection of the apartment is also included in the mobile website version of “Berendeevy Prudy”. The table with key parameters stretches along the screen of a mobile device.
